Authentication Error 1007

What happened?

ProQuest was unable to give you access because ProQuest did not recognize your IP address. The URL you entered or the link you followed to ProQuest requires that we check for a valid IP address to authenticate you.

Why?

The web address you entered or link you clicked on requires ProQuest to use a specific form of authentication called IP authentication. This process checks what network your computer is connected to when accessing ProQuest. This error means we were unable to find your computer on an authenticated network.
This may occur if you are trying to access ProQuest from home or away from your library, university, or institution.

What should you do?
